From the documents example: synthetic email, local prototype. Numbers show which phrase filled each field.

Five tasks. One pattern.

  1. Something comes in
  2. The routine part is drafted
  3. A person decides

Silent replays of local prototypes on synthetic data. Not a product, not connected to a live system, and nothing is sent.

What each example does not do
  • Leads: no CRM or inbox is connected; no reply is sent; no price or availability is promised.
  • Support: sample FAQ only; no reply or refund is sent. Money questions always go to a person.
  • Voice booking: text transcripts only. No call is placed or recorded, no live calendar is changed and no text message is sent.
  • Documents: a saved extraction of a synthetic email is replayed; nothing is priced or sent.
  • Onboarding: sample handbook; no access is granted and no request is sent.

Lead qualification

Half-finished enquiries, made answerable.

A short web note is scored against fixed rules, with what to ask and a cautious reply drafted.

  1. Web enquiry
  2. 35/100 · 4 to ask
  3. You reply
Leads · sample replay, 13 s loop

Customer support

Answers quoted from your own FAQ.

The draft is the FAQ line itself, with its line number. Money questions always go to a person.

  1. Customer question
  2. FAQ line 4
  3. You approve
Support · sample replay, 12 s loop

Voice booking

A missed call, checked against the calendar.

From a call transcript, as text: 1:00 is taken, so 3:00 the same day is drafted. No call is placed and nothing is booked.

  1. Transcript
  2. 1:00 taken · 3:00 open
  3. You offer it
Voice booking · transcript replay, 12 s loop

Document processing

A long email, turned into a sheet you can check.

Every value links to the sentence it came from. Three sites and dock-only access are flagged.

  1. Quote request
  2. Sheet · 2 flags
  3. You price it
Documents · sample replay, 14 s loop

Employee onboarding

Access requests stay with a manager.

A laptop and badge request is routed to a manager and marked not granted.

  1. New-starter note
  2. Manager review
  3. Manager decides
Onboarding · sample replay, 12 s loop

One request, sorted.

A first project, in three stops.

  1. Talk it through

One task: what arrives, what you do with it, who checks it.

You decide whether to go further.

  2. A bounded pilot

Scope, fee, checks and remedies agreed in writing, then run on your redacted examples.

    You decide whether it passed.

  3. Hand over, or stop

Outputs, corrections and checking time, reviewed together.

You decide to build on, change course, or stop.

The pilot is paid. It does not guarantee savings or a production system.

Straight answers.

Is this already running for customers?

No. The five loops are silent recordings of separate local prototypes replaying saved examples on synthetic data. They are not client work, a deployed system or measured results.

What does a pilot cost?

We quote after a conversation. Fee, deliverables and remedies for undelivered work are set in writing before anything starts. There is no automatic refund or performance guarantee.

Should documents be sent straight away?

Please don’t. Describe the workflow without sensitive information first. Access, storage and retention are agreed before any documents are shared. Redacted examples are welcome.

Will it reply, quote or book on its own?

Not in anything shown here. The prototypes prepare; a person decides. Any connection to your systems would need its own scope and safeguards.

Which tools does it work with?

Whatever you already use, if we agree to connect it. None of the prototypes is connected to a live system today.

Which task keeps coming back?

  • Start with one task, and agree the checks first.
  • If a pilot doesn’t make sense for you, we’ll say so.
